Relationship struggles rarely come from one bad moment. They build through patterns: how we argue, how we attach, and what we learned about closeness long before this relationship started.
Often it looks like the same fight wearing different clothes.
We help you see the pattern underneath the conflict: what each person is actually asking for, and where the loop keeps catching. From there we build new ways of communicating, repairing, and connecting that hold up under real life.
Approaches we may draw on:
Patterns can change. With the right support, relationships can become a place you rest, not a place you brace.

For all other services, Being Wellness Therapy is private pay and out-of-network. We can provide superbills if you'd like to submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement. Aetna coverage applies to individual counseling only; couples counseling and coaching are private-pay.

No. The counselor is on the side of the relationship. Both of you will be heard, and both sets of patterns will be looked at honestly.
You can start alone. Working on your side of the pattern often shifts the whole dynamic, and partners sometimes join later once therapy stops feeling like an ambush.
